Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units and departments
Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, business development, and profitability enhancement
Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational drivers and align financial planning accordingly
Develop and present monthly financial reporting packages to executive leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance trends
Supervise the preparation of internal reports, pharmacy operations reviews, and presentations for the Board of Directors
Oversee capital expenditure tracking, project evaluation, and reporting
Design and implement FP&A tools, dashboards, and KPIs to enhance decision-making
Provide mentorship and oversight to the FP&A team and ensure team deliverables are accurate and timely
Support bank reporting, covenant compliance, and liquidity forecasting in collaboration with Treasury
Serve as a key liaison between FP&A and Accounting, ensuring data consistency and integrity
Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of financial outputs
Support ad-hoc projects, scenario planning, and executive-level analyses as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree/certification strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
Strong understanding of financial reporting, GAAP, and operational performance metrics
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with ERP and EHR systems (Epic a plus) preferred
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
