We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts. This role will involve managing the process from negotiation and drafting to execution and renewal, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues that may arise. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key to success in this position.

 

Location: Remote

Salary: Starting at $70k

Reports To: SR Vice President, Diversified Services Sales

Key Responsibilities:

·           Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to ensure alignment with organizational policies and legal standards

·           Oversee the execution and implementation of contracts, ensuring that all parties meet their obligations

·           Ensure full compliance of contracts with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

·           Manage the renewal, amendment, and termination of contracts, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate

·           Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the contract lifecycle in a timely and effective manner

·           Maintain meticulous and organized records of all contracts and related documentation to support audits and ensure compliance

·           Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless contract management and ensure mutual understanding of CMS regulations

·           Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts to ensure compliance and minimize potential issues

·           Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and other relevant laws and industry standards throughout the contract lifecycle

·           Manage all phases of the contract lifecycle, including pre-award, award, and post-award processes

·           Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with CMS regulations and identify potential issues

·           Stay updated on changes in CMS regulations and continuously improve contract management practices to ensure ongoing compliance

 

Qualifications:

·           Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a related field

·           At least 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a similar role, with a strong focus on contract negotiation and management

·           In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations and industry standards, particularly in the context of contract law

·           Certification in Contract Management (e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager, CPCM) or equivalent is highly preferred

 

Skills + Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to review and analyze complex contract terms to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate terms
  • High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in using contract management software and other tools to track, store, and manage contract documentation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify, address, and resolve any issues or disputes during the contract lifecycle
