We are seeking a Registered Nurse level Field-Based Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our closed-door pharmacy and the long-term care facilities we support. This role is responsible for building strong relationships through regular site visits, conference calls, and meetings while ensuring facility staff are trained on pharmacy policies, and new technology implementations. The Account Manager will proactively address concerns, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and communicate industry updates to ensure seamless pharmacy operations. Location: New York (Long Island based pharmacy)

Salary: starting at $95k +

Travel: 70% +

Reports To: Account Management Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities:

·           Conduct routine site visits to maintain strong facility relationships

·           Lead scheduled conference calls with facility staff

·           Host webcasts as needed for training and updates

·           Attend customer meetings upon request

·           Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

·           Visit assigned facilities at least once per month

·           Document all visits and activities

·           Notify the Director of Pharmacy of reported issues and assist in resolution

·           Update the pharmacy directory and Salesforce with new facility staff names

·           Build and maintain strong relationships with facility and corporate staff

·           Share industry and regulatory updates, along with new pharmacy procedures

·           Distribute updated materials to facility staff as needed

·           Provide in-service training when requested

·           Assist facility staff with implementing technology solutions

·           Support complaint investigations and resolutions with internal pharmacy teams

·           Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active RN license in good standing
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management (preferred)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

 

Skills + Abilities:

·           Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with facility staff and internal teams

·           Ability to motivate and lead teams, as well as develop and implement training materials for community/facility staff

·           Demonstrated ability to identify issues, investigate concerns, and develop and implement solutions

·           Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage customer relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction

·           Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, drive, and travel up to 70% of the time
