The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to assigned client groups, delivering innovative, proactive, and high-impact human resources solutions to support the Clarest Health human capital strategy and business objectives. Through a consultative approach, the Sr. HRBP will work to enhance organizational, leadership, and individual capacity by providing expertise across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, change management, talent management, leadership and succession planning, performance management, learning and development, career planning, total rewards, employee engagement, and more, all contributing to the Clarest Health mission of being a Great Place to Work.

 

Location: On site at our Pharmacy: 9006 Yellow Brick Rd, Baltimore, MD 21237

Salary: $95,000- $100,000 per year contingent on experience

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Travel Requirement: To select client locations as needed

Transportation: A valid driver's license is required for this position

Reports To: VP of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

·           Serve as the primary client interface and consultant to assigned client groups for all HR and related business matters

·           Provide consultative thought leadership to clients allowing them to meet their human capital objectives for the entire business planning and implementation cycle

·           Seamlessly coordinate with HR counterparts/COEs as we grow (Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, learning and development etc.) to collaborate and deliver thoughtful, integrated and timely client solutions

·           Provide direction, influence, coaching and other recommendations to manage business, talent, and human capital opportunities, manage change, lead our evolving culture, while minimizing organizational risk, all to achieve bottom line objectives

·           Work and communicate effectively across HR and client communities as initiatives and circumstances require

·           Assist in building talent, management and leadership capabilities via the proactive identification of opportunities and employing appropriate tools/solutions as needed

·           Assess client group development and training needs, and facilitate and/or partner with other HR colleagues and managers to make recommendations and/or deliver sessions/interventions to enhance skills/capabilities as appropriate

·           Proactively leverage information and data to deliver key insights to drive change, make systematic improvements and progress where relevant, including retention, turnover, talent management and initiatives

·           Work with line managers and associates to proactively, equitably and fairly address employee relations issues, assessing risk, guiding and empowering associates on problem-solving and dispute resolution

·           Assume responsibility for assigned HR and Talent projects and initiatives

·           Proactively remain abreast of best practice trends and approaches recommending improvements to meet the unique needs of Clarest business

·           Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

·           Assume any and other responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support these and other responsibilities in the department

Qualifications:

·           Minimum BA or Certification in HR, business, employee relations, organizational development or related experience

·           Min of 6 years of directly related senior HRPB experience, with particular emphasis on employee relations, talent management, OD, performance management, change management, talent acquisition, coaching, mentoring and related practices

·           Deep business acumen and understanding of business strategies, as well as change management and process improvement

·           Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with all levels of individuals within assigned client groups and within Clarest as a whole

·           Utilize a consultative business approach to understand/comprehend the HR/business issues and the underlying drivers to provide solutions and recommendations

·           Strong strategic HR, and business acumen

·           Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and present to small and larger groups, depts and the organization to drive enhance business optimization recommendations

·           Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adapt to changing priorities

·           Ability to critically think, analyze data, and issues to arrive at recommendations, conclusions and proposed solutions taking into legal, organizational, departmental and interpersonal issues

·           Resilience to constructively diffuse and handle conflict and difficult situations with a solutions-based approach in accordance with Clarest’s business and approaches

·           Steward of integrity with the ability to uphold and mentor Clarest’s values and approaches

·           Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal) to be able to convey thoughts, ideas succinctly and effectively
